What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Monde Home Improvement llc?
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a couple reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Machine Operator to join our team. We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions. Must be willing to work some Saturdays 7am-12pm. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating various types of warehouse machinery and equipment to assist with the storage, movement, and shipping of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, or other warehouse equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Accurately record material movement using inventory systems or scanners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Insurable and Clean Driving Record Required
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery (certification is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic
