What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Roofing Appointment Specialist position at Monde Digital Agency?
MDA is looking for serious A-player appointment setters to join our team and help roofing companies book qualified homeowner appointments.
This role is ONLY for people with cold calling experience in roofing or home services(including real estate). We are not looking for beginners.
We want hungry, competitive go-getters who know how to speak with homeowners, handle objections, follow a proven system, and show up every day ready to perform.
Compensation:
• 45-day trial: $1,500/month base commission
• After trial: Top performers can move into a full-time role at $2,000/month base commission
Requirements:
• Experience cold calling for roofing or home service companies
• Clear, confident English with a strong American phone presence
• Must be comfortable calling homeowners
• Must have a reliable computer/laptop
• Strong internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Good headset
• Able to work U.S. business hours
• Must be coachable, consistent, and performance-driven
This position starts on a 45-day trial basis. Performance will be reviewed daily based on call activity, appointments booked, appointment quality, attendance, communication, and overall results.
If you perform well, you will be offered a full-time position with a higher base and commission.
