In this role, you’ll partner closely with Communications, Marketing, and Business teams to champion a paid social strategy that fuels brand awareness, demand generation, and global influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a multi-channel, full-funnel global paid social strategy aligned with brand and business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and strategic cohesion across teams.
- Serve as the internal expert on paid social trends, platform innovation, and performance optimization.
- Define KPIs, create measurement frameworks, and translate insights into compelling, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver clear performance reporting to senior leadership, telling a cohesive, data-driven story behind every campaign.
- Oversee budgets, media planning, and vendor relationships with precision and strategic vision.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with major platform partners to unlock early access to tools, products, and betas.
- Lead two London-based direct reports while fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performing team culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- 8–10 years in paid social, digital marketing, or media strategy, ideally within a B2B environment (agency or in-house).
- Proven success leading complex, multi-platform paid campaigns and guiding high-performing global teams.
- Deep strategic acumen with an innovative mindset and mastery of platform-specific best practices and full-funnel marketing.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and elevate campaign results.
- Exceptional communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and influences with clarity and confidence.
- Brings a high bar for execution, thrives in fast-paced settings, and navigates complexity with agility.
