What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager, Mid Market Account Executive position at monday.com?
Description
Our sales team is growing rapidly in New York, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening our sales culture, and accelerating monday.com’s presence within the mid-market segment.
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have real ownership over team performance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both strategy and execution as we continue to expand.
About The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed targets. You’ll act as both a coach and a leader - providing expert-level sales guidance, ongoing training, and hands-on support to elevate performance across the team.
You will own the day-to-day execution of the sales motion, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and performance tracking. In addition, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners (Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership) to refine processes, improve efficiency, and ensure your team is equipped to win in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for a proven people manager who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys developing talent, and is motivated by driving both individual and team success.
