Position
The Vice President, Wholesale will be responsible for driving profitable growth while protecting and elevating Moncler’s brand positioning across all wholesale environments. This role will lead a high-performing organization focused on account development, brand visibility, operational excellence, and elevated client experience across department stores, specialty retail partners, marketplaces, and strategic wholesale collaborations across on-line and off-line channels.
This individual will serve as a member of the Americas executive leadership team and as a key cross-functional leader within the organization, partnering closely with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Finance, Logistics, and Global HQ teams to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and commercial execution.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong operational leadership, possesses deep expertise within the luxury wholesale landscape, and demonstrates the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and scale a high-performing organization within a fast-paced luxury environment.

For positions based in New York, Moncler provides a good faith estimate of the salary range for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including business needs, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, and certifications. The current estimated base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $315,000 per year.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for an annual, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 11 paid holidays, accrue up to 160 hours of paid vacation time, 2 personal days, 2 community service days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
This position requires an on-site presence of four days per week at the Moncler Corporate Office, located in SoHo, New York.

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Define and execute the Americas wholesale strategy in alignment with global business objectives and brand priorities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across wholesale and partnership channels.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic distribution opportunities while protecting brand equity and exclusivity.
- Lead seasonal market strategies, assortment planning direction, and account growth initiatives across key wholesale partners.
- Partner with Global HQ teams to align on market priorities, distribution strategies, and commercial opportunities.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, client behaviors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Oversee relationships with major wholesale partners, including luxury department stores, specialty retailers, and digital marketplace partners across the Americas.
- Lead strategic negotiations with wholesale partners regarding terms, distribution, investments, shop openings, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure elevated partnership management through consistent communication, strategic planning, and performance accountability.
- Drive sell-through performance and brand visibility across all points of distribution.
- Ensure execution excellence across shop-in-shops, pop-ups, activations, and seasonal brand initiatives.
- Partner with accounts to elevate Moncler’s positioning, visibility, client experience, and productivity within their environments.
- Oversee the Wholesale Excellence function, including visual execution, training, CRM initiatives, digital activations, and in-store brand presentation.
- Ensure consistency of Moncler’s brand DNA across all wholesale platforms.
- Oversee digital wholesale performance, ensuring elevated presentation, strong conversion, and alignment with brand standards.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Training, and Digital teams to execute integrated wholesale initiatives.
- Drive activation strategies across digital, social, print, CRM, experiential, and in-store channels to support wholesale growth objectives.
- Ensure elevated standards across all wholesale touchpoints, protecting the luxury positioning of the brand.
- Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations teams to optimize inventory flow, assortment productivity, and account performance.
- Oversee forecasting, sales analysis, open-to-buy strategies, and business performance reporting.
- Ensure strong operational processes across sales campaigns, showroom management, order management, invoicing, and sell-out reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive accountability across the wholesale organization.
- Develop operational efficiencies and scalable processes to support continued business growth.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, profitability targets, investments, and forecasting.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing wholesale organization across sales, wholesale excellence, , and support functions.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field preferred.
- In lieu of degree, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 12 years of progressive wholesale leadership experience within luxury fashion, apparel, accessories, or related industries.
- Significant experience managing major luxury department stores and specialty retail partnerships across North America.
- Proven success leading large-scale wholesale organizations and driving meaningful commercial growth.
- Strong experience overseeing both physical wholesale distribution and digital marketplace businesses.
- Luxury experience is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of luxury wholesale, partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management and organizational development skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, client experience, and luxury standards.
