Position
The Floor Supervisor is a client-focused sales leader who brings the Moncler Selling Ceremony to life while driving individual and team performance. As a natural relationship builder with strong commercial ability, the Floor Supervisor guides each client through Moncler’s values, heritage, and collections while developing a meaningful understanding of their needs and creating long-term value for both the client and the company.
In addition to achieving individual sales objectives, the Floor Supervisor provides visible leadership on the sales floor by serving as manager on duty. This role coaches and guides the sales team, shares knowledge and best practices, maintains effective floor coverage, and ensures the client experience and daily store operations are executed consistently according to Moncler standards.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn a quarterly incentive.
In addition to competitive pay and commission eligibility, the hired candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid parental leave; seven paid holidays; up to 10 days of paid vacation; four personal days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

- Embody the Moncler Selling Ceremony and ensure the brand’s sales and service standards are delivered consistently.
- Build authentic relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyles and providing thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs, including sales, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, CRM capture, and productivity.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Moncler’s heritage, values, collections, product features, and craftsmanship.
- Advise clients on relevant fashion trends and developments within the luxury market while maintaining an elevated and personalized approach.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and a commitment to protecting the relationship.
- Capture accurate, meaningful client information to personalize future outreach and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through Moncler’s clienteling tools, programs, and initiatives.
- Conduct consistent client outreach through appointment selling, product recommendations, follow-up communication, phone sales, charge sends, and after-sales service.
- Attract new clients and strengthen Moncler’s local presence by serving as a Brand Ambassador and developing relevant relationships within the community.
- Support store events and activations that strengthen client engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness.
- Serve as manager on duty, providing visible leadership and maintaining appropriate floor coverage.
- Supervise the sales floor, assess business needs in real time, and ensure the team remains focused on the client experience and commercial priorities.
- Coach and motivate the sales team through observation, demonstration, timely feedback, and sharing of best practices.
- Support the onboarding and development of new and less-experienced team members by sharing product, clienteling, and selling knowledge.
- Help drive team performance by reinforcing expectations, recognizing strong results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Operations and Store Excellence
- Support daily store operations and ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
- Maintain Moncler’s visual merchandising and product presentation standards throughout the boutique.
- Support inventory preparation, counts, replenishment, stock organization, and accuracy.
- Partner with store leadership and all store teams to maintain a professional, organized, and productive working environment.
- Demonstrate and reinforce company initiatives, including Retail Excellence and CRM programs.
- Communicate business needs, client insights, sales trends, and operational priorities effectively to store leadership.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of evolving business needs.
- Two to four years of sales experience within luxury fashion or premium retail, with previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and achieve individual sales objectives.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand KPIs, recognize business trends, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Previous experience coaching, training, or mentoring others in a professional or nonprofessional setting.
- Ability to influence performance and drive results through others while remaining an active seller.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills, including experience using CRM tools and conducting proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, store leadership, and corporate partners.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, POS, CRM, inventory management, and other retail technology systems.
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
