We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our skincare studio team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a welcoming client experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping a beautiful space running smoothly.
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service in person, over email, and by phone
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
- Assist with daily studio operations and maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming environment
- Keep treatment rooms, common areas, and retail spaces organized and stocked
- Wash, fold, and organize laundry throughout the day
- Support estheticians and studio staff with day-to-day needs
- Assist with light retail sales and product recommendations when needed
- Help maintain inventory of studio supplies and amenities
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or spa/studio experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with booking systems and basic computer tasks
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Interest in skincare and wellness is a plus
- Part-time / Full-time available
- Weekend availability may be required
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
