What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support position at Monark Student Transportation?
The Office Support position will support the daily functions of the school bus dispatch office. This position is primarily 6:00am - 2:30pm

Primary duties include:
- Answering phones during route times
- First line of contact for visitors and drivers.
- Communication to and from parents, drivers, and school administration
- Communicating any changes in student schedules to appropriate staff
- Keeping school schedules up to date and informing appropriate staff
- Assisting the operations manager and other office staff
- Assisting with daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Attention to detail
- Adapt to fast paced environment
- Adapt to last minute change
- Highschool diploma
- 3 years of office experience
- School bus transportation experience a plus
