Role Description
The Vice President - Sales & Business Development - will lead and oversee the sales functions of Monarch Trading LLC. In this full-time, on-site role based in Nashua, NH or surronding area, the candidate will build out a team & manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with key accounts in food service & retail. This position includes collaborating with various departments to align sales goals with company objectives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong protein experience in Sales and Business Development, including developing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Sales Operations, and overseeing successful sales teams.
- Comprehensive experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise innovative sales approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Proficiceny with Ai tools and using Ai as a strategic enabler for sales function.
- Experience in food industry or supply chain management is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
