Overview

The Installation Manager reports to the Production Manager and General Manager and is responsible for production in the field. This position oversees the production crew with the purpose of maximizing and improving production, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, and completing work with perfect reviews and inspections.

Duties

• Assists and directs the Production Team in the completion of all projects
• Is responsible for quality installations through properly trained and supervised production crews
• Understands all roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, shingles, metal, and flat roofs
• Finds solutions to installation issues in unique installation environments
• Coordinates with the Production Admin on scheduling installation crews to maximize their potential and increase production
• Connects daily with the production crew to manage and provide proper customer relations on each project
• Communicates directly with the Property Owner or Site Contact on project status
• Identifies and corrects potential issues through the production crew prior to starting a project
• Represents the company proudly, with the highest levels of respect and professionalism
• Communicates all material overages, returns, and pickups accurately in ServiceTitan
• Is responsible for completing required forms, photo documentation, and scorecards for every project assigned

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

Most of the Installation Manager’s work will be done at work sites and in the office, as needed. The Installation Manager will be exposed to varying temperatures, from heat of 90 degrees plus to cold weather with temperatures in the teens, as well as rainy conditions. The Installation Manager must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds frequently.

The Installation Manager frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, gripping, and moving safely over uneven surfaces. They must be able to safely climb ladders reaching up to 60 ft while carrying up to 30 pounds and wear personal protective gear correctly.

Compensation & Benefits DisclosureCompensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Target Salary Compensation” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.Where required by law, we also provide a general description of benefits and other forms of compensation offered, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee programs.

Target Salary Compensation:: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
