We are a repossession company looking for a data entry clerk to join our team. We are located in North Royalton, with Regular business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Duties
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform order entry tasks, processing requests in a timely manner.
- Collect and organize data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct clerical duties such as scanning and maintaining office records.
- Assist in data validation processes to ensure integrity of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Previous experience in an office is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
