Description:Restaurant Supervisor (Part-Time) – Uno Pizzeria Bar & Grill, Worcester, MAJoin our dynamic team at Uno Pizzeria Bar & Grill in downtown Worcester as a Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor. Located conveniently next to the Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, our restaurant offers a vibrant dining experience with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee daily operations during weekend evening shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth service for our guests.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:30 PM until closing- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards- Manage guest relations and address any concerns promptly and professionally- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports- Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment- Perform closing activities at the end of each nightly shift.Skills and Qualifications:- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset- Exceptional guest service and front-of-house skills- Knowledge of Toast point-of-sale system preferred but not requiredAt Uno Pizzeria & Bar, we value our team members and are committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
