This is a full-time Painter role based on-site in San Marcos, CA. The Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, applying various types of coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Day-to-day tasks include surface preparation, taping, masking, caulking, sanding, and the application of paints or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray painting techniques. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

• Proficiency in Paint and Painting techniques
• Knowledge of Painting and Decorating practices and processes
• Experience with Coatings and understanding their proper application
• Skills in Spray Painting and other advanced painting methods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and meet project timelines
• Prior experience in residential painting is a plus
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varied conditions
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment use
