What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticketing and Sales Systems Administrator position at Monarch Mountain?
Run the systems behind every powder day. Love the mountain and love making technology work? This job lets you do both. Every lift ticket, season pass, rental, and online order at Monarch runs through one sales platform, and you'd be the one who makes it hum. You'll build new products, solve puzzles, and make the day smoother for the crews at the ticket windows and rental shop, and spend your breaks in the mountain air, whether that's a few laps on your free pass or a walk with a view. No skiing or riding required. If you've worked as a POS administrator, application administrator, or ticketing systems admin, this is your next step.
We're an independent ski area in Colorado with a small IT team. You'd own the sales platform from day one. Building products in the system is part of the job, and we'll trust you to run with it. You'll decide how to get things done, with the IT team behind you when you need a second set of eyes. The bigger part is the crew who use the system every day: finding what's slowing them down, then working with the vendor and the configuration to fix it. The better it works for them, the better the day goes for everyone on the mountain.
