What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with primary care providers and clinical staff to support integrated, whole-person care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources
What You'll Bring
- Graduation from an accredited PMHNP program and current PMHNP-BC certification
- Active, unrestricted Michigan license
- Experience diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders
- Sound clinical judgment and the ability to work independently within a collaborative care model
- Proficiency with EMR and telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating care across primary care and behavioral health
- Comfort working with both adolescents and adults (not required but preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Commission-based (percentage of collections)
