This is a full-time on-site role for a Tree Climber, located in Cypress, TX. The Tree Climber will perform tasks such as tree pruning, removal, and general arboriculture maintenance using ropes, harnesses, and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include evaluating tree health, identifying tree species, safely performing climbing operations, and collaborating with the team to execute projects safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge in Forestry, Arboriculture, and Trees
- Tree Identification skills and ability to evaluate tree health
- Certified Arborist credentials or experience working under certified arborists is an asset
- Proficiency with climbing techniques and equipment used in tree maintenance
- Strong understanding and commitment to safety procedures
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in landscaping or tree care is a plus
