JOB SUMMARY:
Dynamic role focused on road condition inspections and traffic control management. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction safety practices. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet time-sensitive deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team. The position demands, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to safety.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelors or associate Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2-5 years of related progressive work experience. Entry level candidates with relevant coursework or internship experience will also be considered.
License or Certification
- Valid Drivers License from state of employment, required. Posses or have the ability to obtain Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
- Current Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification
Specialized Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High level understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Effective oral and written communication English required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Has knowledge of construction safety practices

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Road condition inspections
- Monitor and verify function of traffic diverting devices.
- Ensure safety, enforce safety training and meetings, monitor sites for potential safety hazards.
- Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Stay up to date on day to day operations, identify issues and trends and follow with solutions.
Supplemental Duties:
- All other duties as assigned.
