- $65,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience)

- Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
- Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
- Manage rent collection and delinquencies
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
- Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
- Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years of multifamily property management experience (preferred)
- Experience managing a team of 4 employees
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
- Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
- A people-first mindset and passion for creating great communities
- Background check
- Drug screening (THC not tested)
