National Roving Leasing Consultant
💰 $27–$29/hour Monthly Commissions

What You'll Be Doing:
As a National Roving Leasing Consultant, you'll travel to apartment communities that need experienced leasing support. Every assignment is different, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact by:
- Driving occupancy through effective leasing strategies
- Supporting new lease-up communities and property transitions
- Touring prospective residents and closing leases
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
- Processing applications, lease documents, renewals, and move-ins
- Executing outreach and marketing initiatives within local markets
- Conducting competitive market surveys
- Maintaining accurate leasing records in Yardi
- Ensuring model apartments and curb appeal meet company standards
- Coaching and mentoring onsite leasing teams when needed
Travel Schedule:
- Travel approximately 3 weeks at a time to communities throughout the portfolio
- Enjoy 1 full week off between travel rotations
- Travel reimbursement provided according to company policy
We're Looking For:
- 2 years of multifamily leasing experience or strong customer-facing sales experience
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding leasing goals
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform in changing environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively
