Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Required
- HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred
- 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
- Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
- Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
- Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Pay $22.00 to $24.00 hour
- $50/per diem/tax free every night while traveling for additional expenses
- Excellent overtime potential!
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule! 17 Weeks Off a Year!
