Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Required
- HVAC EPA or CPO certification strongly preferred
- 7 years’ experience in maintenance, including 5 years' in apartment maintenance
- Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
- Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
- Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Pay: $65,000/Year
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component
