We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Tiffany Woods Apartments in Muskegon, Michigan. Explore the property www.tiffanywoodsapartments.com here and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 7 weeks
- Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $22/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
- Holiday coverage bonuses
- Retirement planning via a robust 401k package inclusive of a 3% match
