Pay: $23-26/hour Bonuses $3,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5PM with on-call rotation every other week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
- Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
- Painting, staining, and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
- Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
- Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols
- 2 years of general maintenance experience
- 6 months apartment maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
- HVAC repair experience and EPA certification required (experience with installs a must)
- Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days
