Roving Leasing Consultant – Clarksville / New Albany
Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to support our communities in the Clarksville/New Albany area. What We Offer
- Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
- Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally
- Support the Assistant Property Manager with resident relations and community needs
- Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
