Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant for Eden Park Apartments, a 324-unit community in Brooklyn Park. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find the right apartment while delivering an outstanding resident experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Tour apartments and showcase the community to prospective residents
- Respond to leads and turn prospects into new residents
- Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
- Provide professional, responsive customer service every day
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
- Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Willing to complete required online training
Pay & Benefits:
- $16 - $18/HR DOE
- New lease commission

- 80 hours during Year 1
- 120 hours during Years 2–4
