Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 2 years of multifamily housing leasing experience
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- Up to $23.00 an hour
- Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Every 3rd Saturday 8AM-5PM)
