Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3 years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- $20.00 an hour
- ALL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year
