Your Role: Keep Our Community Running Smoothly:
- Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
- Troubleshoot & repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Interior & exterior painting, light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance & grounds upkeep
- Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge in: drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, water heaters
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, plus on-call rotation of 1 week every 3 weeks
What to Expect:
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process
- This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening
