Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Pines at Southmoor Apartments in Greeley. We are offering up to $24/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

- $21-$24/hrs
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!

- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
- 1 years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
