- $33.00-$35.00 an hour
- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
- On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually

- 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
- SOLID PLUMBING SKILLS INCLUDING BRAZING
- HVAC EXPERIENCE & EPA CERTIFICATION
