Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

- On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:
- 3 years’ experience in maintenance, including 3 years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- This is a hands on supervisor position involving multitasking
