Compensation, Benefits & Perks!
- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

- 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
- Hands on HVAC Experience (2 years and certification strongly preferred)
