Location: Williston, ND
Pay: $19-$20/hour Bonuses $3,000 a year

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
- Trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or PM
- Reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the PM
- Additional assignments and projects as needed
Skills We're Looking For
- 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
