Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team at our gorgeous Woodland Ridge Apartments in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $19-$20/hour up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
- Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
- Light apartment maintenance duties including painting, light plumbing, basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- Trash removal and clean up
- Snow removal when needed
- Taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming community for residents
