Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and convert a growing pipeline of inbound opportunities. This role focuses on qualifying leads, maintaining engagement, and driving deals to close.
This is an inbound-focused sales role with strong earning potential and direct impact on revenue growth.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary variable comp (55-85k Total Compensation)
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads within 24 hours and assess fit against Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects
- Disqualify quickly when opportunities are not a fit
- Lead sales cycles from discovery through close (when appropriate)
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to move deals forward
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience working inbound or warm pipelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage or support full sales cycles
Preferred:
- Experience in supply chain or inventory-related industries
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
