On-site supervision for licensure
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides professional individual, group, family therapy and educational groups as part of the consumer’s treatment programming.
- Provides linkage, referrals and advocates for consumer’s in obtaining needed resources and services.
- Act as consumer advocates to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
- Act as mediator between community resources and Monarch to assure availability of services in the community.
- Completes a comprehensive screening and assessment on each consumer who enters treatment.
- Responsible for writing individual and group notes on each service provided to the consumer and/or family to monitor progression of treatment.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, related field or Master’s Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling. Possess and/or be under supervision for LADC, LPC, LMFT, LBP, and/or LCSW
Must possess//maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and pass a background check and drug test.
