Monarch Heating and Cooling is growing and is now excepting applications for employment. We are currently seeking a Lead Installation Technician. The ideal candidates will have the following
- Previous Lead HVAC experience with EPA and NATE Cert
- General understanding of HVAC industry.
- Ability to follow OSHA safety requirement.
- Strong work ethic.
- Posses tools (basic hand tools) needed for job.
- Reliable transportation to get to work.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail oriented.
- Trust worthy.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
