What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Assistant Sleepy Eye ALF position at Monarch Healthcare Management?
The RA performs the same duties as the CNA in the Assisted Living Communities with exception of having the ability to assist tenants to take medication that is set up in their apartment and give scheduled and PRN medication under direction of the RN. According to the Plan of Care for the tenant, RAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services while understanding the mental health and social service needs of the tenant and being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired tenants.

- Experience in the healthcare industry; experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
