What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant Parmly position at Monarch Healthcare Management?
As the Maintenance Assistant you will work in cooperation with the Maintenance Director for the overall maintenance of the facility. The Maintenance Assistant performs regular scheduled maintenance checks and documents them as needed. The position assists in the evaluation and efficient operation of all systems and equipment and recommends changes, as necessary.

Qualifications
Must have
- Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, such as: boilers, heating and air conditioning units, refrigerators and freezers, electrical wiring, etc. Boiler license is strongly recommended.
- Must possess leadership ability and the ability and willingness to cooperate and communicate with all staff and Department Directors.
- Two (2) years of experience in maintenance and power plant work is desirable.
- Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
