Position Summary
The Central Supply Specialist is responsible for administering, distributing, and maintaining the inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. This role monitors stock levels, analyzes usage trends, sets reorder points, and completes timely ordering and restocking including emergency supplies. All while reconciling inventory with invoices, applying markups, and maintaining accurate records for business office reporting. The specialist distributes and stocks supplies at nursing stations, keeps work areas clean and organized, supports nursing staff with clerical tasks, assists residents and families as needed, and performs supply-related errands. Additional responsibilities include maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to safety and infection control procedures, participating in training and audits, and contributing to overall quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
- Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community
