Position Summary
The Associate Administrator works in conjunction with the Administrator and is responsible for the management, control and operation of the nursing home campus and sets the to ensure a home-like atmosphere. The Associate Administrator operates the nursing home in a manner that is an effective and efficient use of its resources to realize the ultimate goal of attaining and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Responsibilities of the Associate Administrator include ensuring quality resident care through compliance with all federal, state and local laws as well as retaining highly trained, happy and motivated staff. Associate Administrators are charged with creating, demonstrating and setting expectations for a culture of collaboration, compassion, and customer service that will strongly encourage staff to self-report areas of improvement and ensure residents' rights are protected.
