Position: Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Contract Position

About the Role:
Monarch Designer Solutions is seeking hardworking, dependable team members to support a blended logistics role across two major areas: (1) Primary: Back-of-store appliance support and deliveries for our Spirit contract, and (2) Secondary: White-glove deliveries of high-end furniture, décor, and lighting under the Monarch brand.
This contracted role operates through Monarch and offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple delivery and installation environments while building strong warehouse and logistics skills.
- Note: The majority of this role initially supports Spirit appliance deliveries; additional Monarch deliveries and warehouse operations will be introduced as you progress.
What You’ll Do:
Primary Duties – Spirit Contract (Appliances):
- Report daily to the warehouse or store location between 6:30–7:00 AM to prepare for deliveries.
- Locate, inspect, and mark appliance boxes for delivery, checking for damages.
- Safely load and secure appliances into delivery trucks.
- Assist with the transport, delivery, and installation support for appliances.
Secondary Duties – Monarch Logistics Operations:
- Support deliveries and installations of high-end furniture, décor, lighting, and more.
- Handle premium products with white-glove care during deliveries and installations.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming product
- Warehouse maintenance with inventory, racking, picking, re-boxing and storage.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and delivery teams.
General Responsibilities (both contracts):
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and clients regarding delivery schedules and any on-site needs.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
- Skilled with pallet jacks, forklifts, and safe handling of fragile or heavy items.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy products safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using inventory tracking software
- Dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
- Flexible to work Monday–Friday with weekend shifts.
- DOT Medical Card
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Job Details:

- Pay: $140.00 – $160 per day
- Benefits: Paid training
