Role Description
The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations and management of a senior living community located in Beverly, MA. This full-time, on-site role involves strategic leadership, ensuring excellence in resident care, managing staff, and sustaining high levels of resident satisfaction. The Executive Director will be responsible for driving the community’s financial performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, wellness-focused environment for both residents and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills to effectively oversee operations and lead a team.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial planning, and the ability to meet organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- A passion for wellness-driven environments and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Leadership experience in a senior living or similar environment is strongly preferred.
