What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse - PT Overnight position at Monarch Communities Management LLC?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning and to coordinate total nursing care for the residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Make rounds to see each resident daily and as needed

· Administer medications and treatments

· Respond to emergencies and coordinate care

· Maintain clinical documentation and compliance

· Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities
