As a Registered Nurse at Brandywine Wall, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate total nursing care, and support the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, emergency response, documentation, and supervision of PCAs and LPNs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess residents and develop care plans
· Administer medications and treatments
· Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
· Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
· Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities
Required Qualifications:
· Active RN license
· Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
· Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
