Responsibilities
- Assist room attendants with stripping beds and removing used linens and towels.
- Transport used towels and linens to the designated laundry area.
- Deliver fresh towels, linens, and additional supplies to room attendants as needed.
- Communicate with room attendants to support efficient, timely guest-room cleaning.
- Vacuum guest-floor hallways and maintain assigned areas to property standards.
- Complete assigned work with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of one year of hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Experience operating cleaning equipment and safely handling cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to complete assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through with minimal supervision.
- Physical requirements: Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, up to eight hours per day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
