```Job Overview``` We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ```Duties``` - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment - Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning - Monitor and report changes in client's physical and mental condition - Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship - Implement behavior management strategies as needed ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Experience or background in nursing, social work, or a related field is preferred - Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and with proper body mechanics - Knowledge of behavior management techniques for individuals with special needs - Familiarity with childcare practices and understanding of child development stages - Proficiency in using systems for documenting client care activities - Understanding of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ability to assist clients accordingly - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home care assignments - Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus If you are passionate about providing quality care to individuals in need, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
