Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Deliver specialized care for clients with dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort while engaging them in meaningful activities..
- Assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring them safely when required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in home care or caregiving roles is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and medical documentation practices.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely while following proper lifting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
