Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and meaningful companionship to seniors
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare simple meals and help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
- Run errands or provide transportation to appointments as needed
- Observe, document, and communicate any changes in a client’s health, mood, or routine
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the Monarch Care Co. team
- Uphold our standards of professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
Qualifications:
- Dependable, kind, and professional attitude
- Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
