As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with customers in a retail setting to provide product information, answer questions, and help identify solutions that best fit their needs. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while supporting the sales team by explaining and offering AT&T products and services. You’ll assist with promotions, represent the brand professionally, and ensure each customer interaction is helpful, informative, and service-driven.

Responsibilities of our Entry Level - Customer Service Associate:

• Represent the AT&T brand professionally and provide information about services while engaging with customers in store
• Promote AT&T wireless services and products, and give tailored solutions to new customers as their trusted Entry Level - Customer Service Associate
• Be up to date with AT&T product launches and services
• Assist customers with sales, inquiries, and problem-solving
• Handle information and records with accuracy and sensitivity

Requirements of our Entry Level - Customer Service Associate

• Previous experience in Marketing, Sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
